Joke? Certainly not. It was almost absurd for the blonde haired man to suggest such a thing. This wasn’t something that the brunette would joke about, moreso it was something that peaked his curiosity. Would Cloud step up to the plate and actually commit to his word, or was it all pretty words? Cloud was usually an honest man, Squall had known him well enough that he didn’t have a reason to lie about such thing, but would he truly go through with it? After all, the blonde was almost as much of a loner as he was himself.
Perhaps it wasn’t simply just curiosity, but a bit of a playful side making itself apparent. There weren’t many people he would even suggest a thing to, but he knew the blonde well enough so that even if he couldn’t go through with it, they could perhaps have a good chuckle over it later.
Yet, his thoughts will completely freeze, icy eyes widening as the blonde man’s mouth descends upon his own, that gloved hand tangled tight into his brunette locks, a move he certainly wasn’t expecting. Yet the kiss was hard, rough, yet despite the nips the teen knew it was something that was undeniably Cloud.
Squall knew it was a challenge he had initiated, and he wouldn’t back down from his own words. Had it been anyone else, the story would be different but the brunette will respond slowly, hands moving to rest on the blond’s hips, his lips simply pressing back against the other’s for a moment before he seeks to gain control of the kiss. Teeth will nip back at the man’s lips before his tongue curiously swipes at his bottom lip, seeking to deepen the kiss. If he was going to meet this challenge, he would go all out.
